You are allowed to inspect your order while the courier is waiting.
If you decide not to keep the product after inspection, you may return it immediately to the courier.
Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 3 days only from the date you receive your order.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
