Refund & Exchange Policy

• You are allowed to inspect your order while the courier is waiting.

• If you decide not to keep the product after inspection, you may return it immediately to the courier.

• Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 3 days only from the date you receive your order.

• If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days and provide clear photos or videos as proof.

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our side.

• Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance are not eligible for refund or exchange, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
